It was a great turn out on Sunday for the British championships in Cardiff.

This Sunday is the 30th TAGB British championships in Cardiff. This is the one where we make all the awards for best in black belt grading, the high ranking dan awards and International fighter of the year. There will also be a one off medal to commerate this event.
