I start my black belt training sessions this Saturday in Dorking for the South East Area in preperation for the next black belt grading in October. Remember its now compulsory for red belts to attend at least one of these sessions. I must say it seems to have come round really fast.

I had a good week walking in Scotland up on the Isle of Skye and Lochness with Master Atkins prior to the Scottish championships, which ran very effiecently thanks to all the officials who attended.
