It seems lots of instructors and students are involved in the ice bucket challenge at the moment. Myself and Sue will be doing ours toay as the rest of our family have all done it. With school holidays now over I expect all the classes will be getting back to normal and the black belt pre-training will be starting again, plus we have the Scottish championships coming up in a couple of week, which I will be attending.
