The black belt grading once again ran like clock work. I would like to say a big thank you to the senior instructors who gave up their week-end to help with the organisation of the grading, also a big thank you to the back room staff colating results and getting certificates ready and to TKD Promotions for getting everything out to the instructors so efficently, it was a real team effort and thats what the TAGB is all about. Congratulations to Todd Wurr, Norwich and Leslie Wright, Crewe who were both promoted to 7th Dan and to Alan Slater, Knowle, Jane Lamberth, Cheddar, Leslie Hull, Loughborough, Peter O'Neill, Newton Abbott who were all promoted to 6th Dan. The grading awards went to Anthony Brennan, Yardley, best male black belt, Amy Clay, Rickmansworth, best female black belt and Sofea Levan, Pontypool, best red belt. Commiserations to those who were not promoted on this occassion but perseverance and indomitable spirit will bring you back next time I am sure.
