Its the British championships this Sunday at Derby Arena, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get there. We will be presenting the awards for best in black belt grading and International fighters of the year, plus the high grade black belt dan certificates. Congratulations to Billy Palmer from Cannock who has made it through to the Olympic boot camp, I just wonder what the WTF are doing as they don't seem to produce any home grown fighters and also to Amy Truesdale who is now training for the next para Olympics. On Sunday we will be running a power pad event with medals up for grabs plus a grand champion event involving striking with the hand and foot to calculate the highest score.
