As most of you will have seen on facebook and twitter we have extended the closing date for entry into the world championships to 9th July, this is to give everyone that extra week to make their mind up as to whether they want to be a world champion or not. This week is a busy one for me with a TAGB committee meeting on Wednesday day time and then a BTC tol board meeting in the event, then on Thursday a full BTC meeting. Still send in any officials you have to GM Donnelly and remember we will need as many officials to help set up the Arena from 7 am on the first day as possible, your help will be much appreciated. We have had a good offer from O'Neills pub which is on Broad Street ( a short walk from the Arena), you will get 20% discount on all food and drink by just showing your wristband or ticket. I did say on facebook that I would start to write the history of the TAGB and its formation, but I have put that on hold now until after the worlds and my holiday.
