This week will be a very busy one. I am grading in Kettering on Monday night and in Cannock on Tuesday night and Thursday I travel down to Bristol for a TAGB committee meeting and of course the black belt grading on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All the usual advice for those taking the grading: make sure you give yourself plenty of time to travel to Bristol academy and park, eat and drink prior to the grading so you are well fuelled, your dobok should be clean and pressed and your safety equipment in good condition (no rips or tears or taped up!). Good luck to all those taking the grading although you should not need it if you have prepared yourself properly.
