Last Sunday morning I conducted two seminars for Mr. Duro and Mr. Coleman at Belper Leisure Centre in erbyshire. One for coloured belts and the second for black belts, both classes were very enjoyable and it was nice to see some old faces taking part. Mr. Towndrow dropped in to watch for a while and I am glad to report that his hip operation went very well and he is making a good recovery. I also went to squad training last Saturday at Loughborough adn watched Mr. Walton putting everyone through their paces including my 14 year old grandson Jamie. Last night my stepson Toby started a new tigers class in Smethwick and he had 37 do the trial class so thats looking good for him.
