I would like to say a big thank you to all those people who have sent me get well soon messages. Its always nice to know that people care. This weekend its the black belt grading at the Bristol Academy and I hope to make it, but if I don't, I know the rest of the TAGB masters will do an excellent job as usual. I know that its a nerve racking experience taking black belt gradings and a big step for alot of people, especially those who suffer with their nerves on such occassions, but remember the only different between the hero and the coward is that the hero uses the adreline for a better performance, whilst the coward runs away.
