TAGB, TI and BTC Chairman Dave Oliver receiving his promotion certificate to promote him to 9th Dan Grand Master from Grandmaster C.K. Choi, 9th Dan at the European Championships in Davos Switzerland.
The award was made by: Grandmaster C. K. Choi, Grandmaster J. C. Kim, Grandmaster Sang Min Cho and Grandmaster Woo Yup Yang, all original tae kwon do pioneers.
