Tae Kwon Do Tots

Tae Kwon Do Tots is an introduction to the Korean Martial Art of Tae Kwon do for 4 - 6 year olds with plenty of fun activities geared towards fitness, self awareness, flexibility and team spirit. There are many games to help with the children's learning.

Tae Kwon Do Tots is available at Duddon
on Friday evenings 5pm - 6pm.
