OVERSEAS COMPETITOR INFORMATION
Entry fee’s, weigh in & entry forms

The weigh in for the championships will take place on Friday 29th June 2007 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Central Square, Birmingham. B1HH, England. It will be open from 8 a.m. in the morning until 10 p.m. in the evening, all competitors must make sure that they weigh in or in the case of juniors height tested on this day.
The championships will start at 8 a.m. on Saturday 30th June.
YOU MUST ATTEND THE WEIGH IN TO COLLECT YOUR I.D. CARD, EVEN IF YOU ARE ONLY COMPETING IN THE PATTERNS OR DESTRUCTION.

We hope that your team members can wear the official colours of your country on their dobok and their countries flag wherever possible.
All junior competitors will need to produce their passport at the height testing as proof of age.

ENTRY FEES & FORMS

The entry fee for the championships will be £20 for the first event & £10 every extra event. This can be paid at the weigh in, in either sterling, dollars or euros.
There will be a T.I. Tag Team event at this championship. It consists of 3 people in each team and the cost is £30 per team, which again can be paid for in sterling, dollars or euros on the day of the event.
All entry forms with a photograph for each person in your group, with their name written on the back must be with us by FRIDAY 1ST JUNE 2007, to enable us to produce identity cards for all your group and to allow time for us to allocate your competitor numbers for these championships. THIS DATE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Please note that there are individual entry forms for each event. These must be filled in for each competitor and accompanied with their photo, and with the correct events ticked in the boxes.

OFFICIALS

To make sure that the championships is as neutrally run as possible, we would like each group to include at least ONE WORKING OFFICIAL, i.e. corner judge or referee within your group to help make the championships a success. You can bring more than one working official, we would welcome this, however, you will only be allowed one team manager, and one team coach, if you bring over 10 competitors, then you can have a 2nd team coach and this will apply to every 10 competitors you enter, but we do not want people coming as officials saying that they are doctors, or photographers or publicity people, all of these will have to buy a spectator ticket.
WE WILL NEED A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE OFFICIALS WITH THEIR NAME ON THE BACK.
