You are invited to the above seminar.

Tony Curtis is recognised throughout the world  as one of its outstanding technicians and competitors of modern day tae kwon do. He regularly visits Korea, where he trains with members of the National Team and Olympic Squad. If you want to improve your FITNESS, FLEXIBILITY AND KICKING TECHNIQUES and your all round knowledge of tae kwon do THEN THIS IS THE SEMINAR FOR YOU!

Due to the content of this seminar it is only open to BLUE, RED & BLACK BELTS.  Places will be limited, so it will be conducted on a 1^st come 1^st served basis.

The Seminar will last for approximately 2 hours, and students are requested to bring their own focus pad and if possible 2.

The cost of the seminar is £10.00, cheques made payable to: TAE KWON DO PROMOTIONS.  Closing date for applications is: 5^TH SEPTEMBER 2004.

Spectators will be charged the same as participants - £10.00. Only spectators can pay on the night, as well as in advance.
