BTC ZOOM STRETCHING SEMINAR

Todays zoom seminar was very well received with over 200 taking part from their own homes, and with members from most of the organisations taking part.

The seminar consisted of theory and practical parts as well as a chance to put your questions to Sarah in the live chat or at a question time.

Again this follows on from all the other seminars on Practical applications of streching.  Strength and conditioning and Injury prevention that Sarah has delivered at the BTC instructor days.

We look forward to the next BTC day later this year.

A big thank you to Sarah Scott with the help of her son Ben for a great seminar.
